Prices
All accommodation prices on this web site are per property per week and are in pounds (£) sterling. We also offer competitive car hire, taxi transfers and insurance.

Accommodation Occupancy
All clients are asked to vacate their accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. Accommodation will be available on the day of arrival between 2pm and 4pm. Where flight arrivals or departures occasionally make these times inconvenient, every effort will be made for accommodation to be ready in time for your arrival or kept available for your departure. However we cannot guarantee this at all times.
Adequate time is required by the cleaning staff to clean and prepare your accommodation ready for your arrival, therefore your co-operation in this matter will be appreciated. Priority will be given to incoming clients so if you have a late departure, suitable arrangements will be made to provide somewhere for you to store cases during the day until you leave the resort.
Please speak to the resort reception, or Independent Villas agent at an early stage of your holiday if arrangements of this type are required.

Maid Services
This will vary depending on the accommodation selected but as a minimum, maid service will be provided two times per week including a change of sheets every seven days and a change of towels mid week. Each property is thoroughly cleaned every seven days for either a change of clients or interim week of your holiday.

Laundry
All bathroom and kitchen towels as well as bed linen are provided free of charge. We do ask all clients to bring their own beach towels and not to take the towels provided off the premises for use around the pool, with the exception of the Alto Golf & Country Club where beach towels are included.

Gas, Water & Electricity
With the exception of long term rentals and selected properties, all gas, water and electricity is included in the weekly rental price. Most gas is supplied from bottled gas. Spare bottles are provided, for when the gas bottle in use is finished. Clients are of course free to change these over, however if you have any difficulties or would like them to be changed for you, please contact the local agent or resort reception.

Demand for these services often outstrip supply during peak periods. Lack of rainfall, as in Britain, can also mean water shortages from time to time, so please use water sparingly and be patient if any local services fail.

Web Site Accuracy
Every effort has been made to ensure that information provided on this web site is as accurate as possible. Where there is evidence of anything that could potentially impact on the enjoyment of your accommodation during your stay, e.g. building work, you will be notified. Building work often starts without warning and without notification. Independent Villas has no control over this work, its start, completion or extent. However, we will advise clients of known building work that could affect the enjoyment of your accommodation during your holiday.

None of our properties are next door to noisy nightclubs, but please be aware that accommodation in the town is more likely to be affected by noise than properties in the country, i.e. dogs barking, delivery vans or people going home after a late night.

Kitchen Fittings
Brochure description for standard kitchen fittings is 'fully fitted kitchen' or 'kitchenette'. This will include sink and drainer, cooker, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. There may be a freezer compartment within the fridge, however a freezer is only included if specifically mentioned. The same applies for other appliances e.g. washing machine, dish washer, tumble drier or microwave etc.

Bathroom Fittings
The description for standard bathroom fittings is 'fully fitted bathroom' or just 'bathroom'. This will included a bath usually with overhead shower attachment, WC, wash basin and bidet. A shower room will include a shower, WC and washbasin.

Laundry Service
If you would like all your dirty laundry to be washed and/or ironed there is a laundry service available at most resorts. Just imagine being able to pack professionally cleaned clothes and unpack them straight into wardrobes and drawers on your return. The Independent Villas overseas agent will be able to advise further on this service if available.
