Quinta da Encosta Velha is Parque da Floresta's latest golf and leisure village set within walking distance of the village of Budens. Built over two floors, these two and three bedroom golf village houses, with three way air conditioning, are set in clusters, close to the front nine holes of Parque da Floresta's golf course. Each house has a balcony and a terraced area to maximise your living space, complete with built in or gas BBQ. These deluxe properties, all tastefully decorated, are all furnished to a high standard with modern appliances to include microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, satelite TV with UK and Portuguese freeview channels and a DVD and stereo system. Lining the edge of the golf course are the three bedroom link-villas. These villas, again built over two levels, have their own private pool, large balcony, dining terrace area, are also tastefully furnished and have a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Quinta da Encosta Velha has four communal pools for your convenience, the A' Taberna Restaurant and Bar, serving breakfast, lunch (seasonal) and a la carte dinner, Castaways Fun and Games Bar (seasonal) for snacks and refreshments with all sports TV channels, a conference and banqueting centre, plus you have access to all the facilities at the main Parque da Floresta resort, approximately 2mins drive away.

The three resorts (Parque da Floresta, Quinta da Encosta Velha and The View) between them offer guests a good variety of bars and restaurants including the O' Parque Restaurant at Parque da Floresta serving Continental/Full English breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner, the A' Taberna Restaurant and bar at Quinta da Encosta Velha serving breakfast and lunch (seasonal) and a la carte dinner, and Deja, The View (opening soon) bar and restaurant.
