Stunningly situated in the Quinta da Luz area above the rocks on the coastline, Villa Camena enjoys fantastic sea views towards the village of Luz and the famous 'Black Rock'. The Villa is built on a single level, making it ideal for wheel chair users and is set in a mature garden containing a large palm tree, lawns, a variety of flowers and shrubs and a colourful bougainvillea framing the covered BBQ-terrace. It is also surrounded by mature hedging, making the villa private. On entering the villa, the kitchen is immediately to the right and features traditional wooden units and tiling, gas oven with hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A door leads out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. The lounge/diner is simply furnished, containing four wooden, comfortable chairs positioned around a glass topped coffee table in front of the feature wood burning fireplace, with padded bench seating to the side. It has a wonderful light and airy feel due to the two sets of large patio doors leading out to the pool and terrace and you can also enjoy the lovely sea views from here. A flatscreen TV with free to view English and German channels and a DVD player provides additional entertainment. The wooden dining table provides seating for eight. The bedrooms are all twin bedded rooms. Two have en-suite shower rooms and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are located on the cooler north side of the villa. A guest WC exists in the main hallway. New outdoor furniture has been provided for the 2011 season which is complemented by a built-in barbeque. Quinta da Luz is a quiet residential area. All the properties are privately owned and most are permanently lived in, only few of them are available to rent. A perfect holiday home for friends and families who seek to enjoy fantastic views and peaceful surroundings. This villa can also be heated in the winter for an additional cost.
