**Winter rentals available** Villa Mimosa is a beautiful new split level, three bedroom villa with private swimming pool set in two thirds of an acre in the small village of Alcalar. Furnished to a high standard throughout and with air conditioning and underfloor heating, this spacious villa will sleep up to 8 people with the use of two extra beds. Security gates are operated by remote control and lead up a driveway to ample parking in front of the main door to the villa. The large open plan lounge has an open fireplace and is comfortably furnished to include three sofas, satellite television, DVD and CD players. Steps lead up to a raised dining area with a large rectangular table. The fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave also has a large wooden table to enjoy less formal meals. Both the kitchen and the lounge open out to a covered terraced area with a glass topped patio table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The master bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed and has a very large dressing area and en-suite bathroom with large open shower area and double vanity sinks. Another double-size bed exists in the second bedroom and both of these bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the garden. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds and also has an en-suite bathroom. An outside shower exists adjacent to the swimming pool and a small toilet and shower room is accessed from the covered terrace into the villa. The garden has been landscaped with a variety of grass and shrub areas which are rapidly becoming established and already give colour. The garden area at the back of the villa has been planted with fruit trees to make an orchard. A security deposit is required against the remote control for the electronic gate. Nestled in rolling countryside, Alcalar is situated 14km inland from the beautiful beaches and the bustling traditional fishing town of Alvor with its many restaurants and bars. With a backdrop of the Monchique Mountains, and easy access to the motorway, Villa Mimosa is an excellent base for exploring the Western Algarve for family and golfing holidays alike.
