Located on a hill with views towards Meia Praia beach, Villa Solamar is a spacious five bedroom villa situated within large grounds. It has an ample tiled pool terrace with sun loungers for ten people and to the side a covered BBQ area with a small kitchenette. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all with ample wardrobe space and which all have direct access to either the pool or garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room. Upstairs arefound the lounge, dining room, kitchen and two more bedrooms, one double with en-suite walk-in shower and one twin with separate bathroom. The large lounge is light and spacious, benefitting from a south facing terrace with panoramic sea views from Alvor to Lagos. It contains two seating areas with comfortable sofas and a Satellite TV with free to view English and German channels, plus a DVD player. The dining area leads off from the lounge through an archway and the fully equipped kitchen leads off here. The kitchen is fitted with wood effect units topped with marble worktops and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge/freezer. An outside west facing terrace is accessed from the dining area. There is an outside staircase leading from the kitchen to the BBQ area which has a built in BBQ and kitchenette. A roof terrace is accessed by an internal staircase but care should be taken especially where children are present. This villa is close to Meia Praia beach and golf facilities at Palmares. A small minimarket and restaurant are within 500m of the villa. Due to the location of Villa Solomar, car hire is essential. Villa Solamar can also be rented at a six person, three bedroom rate, excluding July and August. Mobile internet is also available via a USB device for an additional charge on arrival.
