Villa Suzanna is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and sea views, situated on the western side of Praia da Luz. On entering the villa, double doors lead off to the left into the large living room with French doors at both ends. These lead out to the front and back garden with patio and built in BBQ. The lounge has three sofas, a coffee table, TV with freeview channels, DVD and CD player. There is a dining area with table and chairs and seating for up to 9 people. An arched bar with marble surface gives serving access from the kitchen. The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. A door leads out to the rear calcada terrace and access to the built-in BBQ. There is a table and chairs for outside dining. The ground floor also has a double bedroom with French doors leading onto the patio. A separate shower room with toilet and hand basin is adjacent to the bedroom and a guest cloak room is also available.
