Villa Marisol is a new, spacious, light and airy 5 bedroom villa with private pool, located to the west of Praia da Luz. A lovely landscaped garden surrounds the villa. Entrance to the property is via a remote controlled gate, where a calcada driveway leads down to the front door with a car port and turning area. On entering the front door, the first room on your right is a modern shower-room with toilet, hand basin with mirror above and heated towel rails. This shower room has two doors, so can be used either as a private en-suite for the adjacant fifth bedroom or just as a family bathroom, depending on which door you lock. This bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors with electric blinds open out onto the balcony which looks over the pool area and has great sea views. Directly ahead from the front door is the spacious living room with fireplace, cream coloured units, an L-shaped sofa and a wooden coffee table in the middle. There is a large flatscreen TV with UK free view channels, and a DVD player. Towards the back of the room is the dining area which has a large table and chairs for up to 8 people. A small desk and chair sit to the left hand side. Both the living room and the dining area have glass sliding doors with electric blinds that open out onto the front balcony (connected to the balcony outside the fifth bedroom), which looks out over the pool area and has superb sea views. There is also a table and chairs on this balcony fo""al fresco"" dining. The spacious kitchen is situated to the left of the front door and faces the back of the villa. It is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. A swinging door leads directly from the kitchen through to the dining area. Downstairs, the first bedroom on your left is the children’s room and consists of a bunk bed (max 12 years or one adult), bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, a sofa, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom is next to the children’s bedroom and consists of a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and French windows with electric blinds. A shower room, with basin, mirror above and heated towel rail is next to this bedroom. Further along the hallway is the middle bedroom, which has two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes and French windows with electric blinds, and directly opposite this bedroom is the good-sized utility room, complete with washing-machine, drier, sink and a second fridge freezer. Finally, at the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, consisting of toilet, hand basin with mirror above, bath, separate walk-in shower and heated towel rails. This bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, and French windows with electric blinds. On the ground floor, all bedrooms (excluding the children’s bunk bed room) lead out onto the pool area. The living room and all 5 bedrooms The living room, dining room and all 4 bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. The pool area is extremely spacious and is equipped with sun loungers, sunshade and a table and chairs. The pool can be heated on request (charge applies).
