Villa Sandanna is a new, spacious, light and airy 4 bedroom villa with private pool, located to the west of Praia da Luz. A lovely landscaped garden surrounds the villa. Entrance is via the remote controlled gate, where a calcada driveway leads up to the front door with a car port and turning area. On entering the front door, the first room on your right is a very modern shower-room with toilet, hand basin with mirror above and heated towel rails. This shower room has two doors, so can be used either as a private en-suite for the adjacant fourth bedroom or as a communal bathroom, depending on which door you lock. This bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors with electric blinds open out onto the pool area. Directly ahead from the front door is the spacious living room with built in fireplace, an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. There is a large flatscreen TV with UK freeview channels and a DVD player. To the side is a smaller seating area with two arm-chairs and a small table between them. To the left you come to spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar in the centre, and is fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a door that leads outside where you will find the utility room, complete with washing-machine and tumble dryer. There are French windows with electric blinds that lead from the living and dining room onto the pool area. Stairs take you up to the other 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. The first bedroom on your left is the master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and French windows with electric blinds. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin with mirror above, bath and separate walk-in shower, and heated towel rails. The first of the twin bedded rooms is next door to the master bedroom and has a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes and French windows with electric blinds. Next door to this bedroom is the 2nd twin bedded room which again has a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes and French windows with electric blinds.The three bedrooms on the 1st floor share a balcony which looks over the pool area, and has amazing views of the sea. Finally, at the end of the hall you come to the family bathroom, with bath, basin with mirror above and heated towel rails. The living room, dining room and all 4 bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. The pool area is extremely spacious and is equipped with sun loungers, sunshade and a table and chairs.
