Eternidade is a fully air conditioned villa located in the prestigious area of Reserva da Luz, being furnished and equipped to a high standard and boasting superb sea views. Access to the villa is through a remote controlled gate and driveway to the front door. On entering the villa, the hall leads to the modern, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, an American style fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, toaster, sandwich machine, fruit juicer, etc. The lounge & dining area are well furnished with 2 sofas, chairs and a chaise long. There is a glass rectangular coffee table in the center of the room and a TV (freeview channels) plus a DVD player. The glass dining table has seating for 6. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also has it's own wardrobe area. There is a TV and a DVD player provided too. Sliding doors lead out to the pool and surrounding terrace. Bedroom two with double bed also has it's own bathroom and sliding doors leading to the pool area. There are two other twin bedded rooms, one with private bathroom and there is a also another shower room. Bedroom five is located at the bottom of the garden and contains a double bed and en-suite bathroom. This room has also got air-conditioning. The beautiful pebble pool has an overflow into a small children's pool and can be heated on request at an extra 150 euros per week. The house itself is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. This beautiful property is located in a quiet area with the village & beach of Praia da Luz being a short car journey away. Please note that this property is only available between the months of June and September.
