The villa is fronted by security gates and has a large parking area. A flight of steps leads up to the front entrance which opens out into the spacious dining area, where an archway takes you through to the sitting room, complete with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. Sliding patio doors lead off the sitting room to the partly covered pool terrace. In the dining room is a glass topped table with rattan chairs and a stairway which leads up to the large master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom. Sliding patio doors in the bedroom open out onto a large terrace where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and across the roof tops to the sea. The newly fitted well equipped kitchen has a separate utility area. The other 2 double and twin bedded rooms are accessed via a corridor from the dining room. This villa has several sunny terraces and there is also an adjoining terrace providing a covered seating area. The garden area is well established and here you will also find a traditional Portuguese wood oven. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Maid service is provided 5 days per week.
