Next to the kitchen can be found the spacious sitting/dining room area with ceiling fan, dark wood parquet style flooring and comfortable furnishings. A wood burning stove is fitted into the tiled, feature fire place. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Two sets of sliding patio doors open out onto the totally private balustraded dining terrace, complete with table and chairs, over looking the pool and gardens. Stairs lead down from the sitting/dining room, to three spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and additional seating areas. Two of the bedrooms have sliding patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. In the hallway, another staircase leads up to the master bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A twin bedded room is next to the master bedroom. Both of these rooms open out onto a balcony over looking the pool and views of the surrounding countyside. The villa stands in large well established grounds where there are many shrubs and trees. Seating is strategically placed to enjoy both the sun and the shade. A built-in BBQ is adjacent to the pool.
