Casa Esperanca is built on an elevated plot and enjoys stunning sea views. It is situated between the two villages of Carvoeiro and Ferrugudo. The pretty sandy cove of Caneiros, with a bar and restaurant over looking the sea, is approximately a 20 minute walk away. Casa Esperanca is found at the end of a private road. Double gates open onto the gravelled driveway with parking area, surrounded by landscaped, terraced gardens. The front entrance opens into the hallway, off which is found the cloakroom and the spacious, sitting/dining room. The sitting room has a wood burning stove, TV and CD player. Three sets of sliding patio doors allow you to take advantage of the surrounding view. A well equipped bar is found next to the dining room and a door leads from here to the kitchen, which also has sliding doors leading out onto the terrace where you will find the barbecue. The well equipped kitchen also has a small breakfast table and chairs. The master bedroom complete with en-suite shower room, has it's own small seated area and a walk in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms, with doors that lead out onto the terrace, are situated on the other side of the villa and again have walk in wardrobes. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Leading down from the upper terrace are steps to the pool and surrounding terraced and lawned area. Maid service is 5 days per week. Due to the number of steps we would not recommend this villa for very young children or those with walking difficulties.
