Casa Keirash is a 3 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet, rural area between Porches and Armacao de Pera. It has countryside views across sandy fields and vineyards to the sea. Although in a quiet area, the villa is not isolated and is approximately 3km from the beach at Armacao de Pera. Carvoeiro is 10km away. The villa is approached via double gates to the driveway which leads to the carport at the rear. The front door opens into a small hallway and this in turn opens into the spacious ground floor sitting/ dining room. It is pleasantly furnished throughout and is equipped with a TV (for playing DVD's only of which a good selection of DVD's are left for guests to use), plus there is a CD/radio player. Sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace where there is ample room for outside dining. The villa also has a recent newly fitted kitchen with a small breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. The 2 twin bedrooms fitted with dark wood furniture and sharing a large modern bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. On the first floor is the master suite with wrought iron bed and en-suite bathroom, plus it has its own spacious sitting room with a sofa bed. Sliding glass doors open out onto a large private terrace from where you can enjoy excellent sea views and steps lead down to the pool. The pool is divided in two, having a separate area for young childtren. A barbecue is found alongside the main pool and there is a large shaded pergola complete with a marble table and benches. There is also a poolside shower. The gardens surrounding the villa stand in an acre and have been creatively landscaped to include rockeries, colourful shrubs, fruit trees and hedging. There are restaurants and mini-markets close-by and at Armacao de Pera, just a short drive away, there is a wide sandy beach, shops and a good choice of excellent restaurants. For golfers, the courses of Gramacho and Pinta at Carvoeiro are approximately 11km away. Maid service is provided 5 days per week.
