Separating the kitchen from the dining area, where there is a large wooden table and seating for 10, is a breakfast bar with leather topped stools. A door also opens out onto the side terrace. The small but comfortable sunken sitting area, equipped with Satellite television, DVD and CD player, is reached via a couple of steps. There is also direct access to the pool from here. The dining area too has sliding glass doors that open onto a wide, partly covered terrace with built in barbecue, with steps leading down to the large pool. Having plenty of room for out door dining or sunbathing, this villa has uninterrupted views over undulating farmland and countryside to the sea. Maid service is provided 5 days per week.
