Overlooking the lovely Bay of Praia da Luz with its sandy beach. The family run Hotel Belavista is a haven of comfort and ambience. There are six suites available, all with balcony or Terrace, refrigerator, tea/coffee facility, air conditioning/heating, direct dial telephone, safe, hairdryer and inclusive of extensive buffet breakfast. The family suites are suitable for four people with a large double bedroom and a genuine bed settee in the sitting room, prepared by the hotel staff as and when required. As well as the en-suite bathroom there is a second vanity unit. The large rooms have twin beds and will sleep three people with an additional divan, or spacious accommodation for couples wanting more room. The standard rooms, (all rooms are furnished and decorated approximately to the same standard) still provide plenty of space and comfort for couples or single people. For the sports minded there is a tennis court, gymnasium, health club and sauna, steam room and massage as well as regular aerobics and fitness classes. There is a large heated pool and an even larger family pool, both are no deeper than 1.2m The large sun terrace has sun loungers and garden furniture. Just beyond the pool/terrace area there is a children's sandy play area with climbing frames as well as outside toilets, changing facilities and showers. Drinks and light snacks are served all day from either the bar or poolside bar. You are conveniently placed for all major activities in the West Algarve, from the cosmopolitan town of Lagos to the isolated beaches of the stunning west coast. Sports facilities include several golf courses, squash, cycling and numerous water sports such as scuba diving, wind surfing and dinghy sailing at the Luz water sports centre. In addition there is an extensive range of activiities available during the winter period.
