Upstairs is a spacious lounge with TV, DVD and CD and gas fire. Double patio doors lead to the upstairs sunny terrace. The large modern kitchen leads to a utility room which also has another shower room, WC and basin. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin share the second bathroom consisting of bath with shower above, basin and WC. Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from both the upstairs and downstairs terrace. Air conditioning is fitted in the two main bedrooms and is included in the cost of the house. There is a metered telephone and wireless internet. Maid service is 3 days per week.
