The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is seating for four around the dining table and the lounge offers a comfortable seating area and TV with a selection of channels including English and Portuguese. From the lounge, access is gained to the terrace, which has dining furniture and two sunbeds. A gate opens onto a communal lawned area that is perfect for soaking up the Algarve sun. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and doors leading out onto the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds (made up as double) and has the use of a separate shower room. The apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms. Guests of this apartment have access to all resort facilities including an outdoor pool with separate children’s pool, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, Jacuzzi and sauna. Ideally located, you are only a few minutes walk into the village of Alvor where there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a distance of approximately 1km where there is a small number of sunbeds for Alto Club guest use.
