A charming, child-friendly family property in a peaceful setting surrounded by olive groves, in the historic village of Sao Lorenco just outside of Almancil, which offers a wide variety of bars, shops and restaurants. Close to beaches, golf courses and just 15 minutes drive from the airport. The property has recently been refurbished. The spacious living room contains a satellite television, log burning fire for winter months, sofa bed and French doors leading to a covered terrace. There is an archway through to the dining room which also has French doors leading to a covered terrace, the enclosed garden and pool. The newly fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. Stairs lead to the first floor which offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom can be made up as a double or twin (please state your preference) and has an en-suite full bathroom and separate shower. In addition there is 1 twin bedroom and a children’s room with bunk beds, including a single bed which share a full bathroom containing bath with shower over. The 4th bedroom is double and is located on the ground floor. A sofabed will allow for a 10th person to be accommodated. Outside the pretty garden has a lawned area for children to play and the garden is enclosed by a wall, with large entrance gates for added security. There is a barbecue and the large pool (12 x 4m) has Roman steps into the shallow end. The pool can be fenced off for peace of mind when there are young children in the party (optional). Pool heating is also available at a supplement. Oliveiras also enjoys an air conditioning/heating system which is included in the rental price and wall mounted electric panel heaters in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms, plus heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a safe for the use of clients and a cot and high chair if required. There is a double carport plus ample parking for 4 or 5 cars.
